Here's a new layout I did for Roland's birthday. I can't believe how fast he's growing up. You can click on the picture if you want to be able to read it. :)

Hayden and I are still feeling pretty cruddy. I think he has an ear infection because he just cried all day and couldn't sleep. I just look like Rudolph with my bright red nose. LOL!

I also found out that I made Audrey Neal's CT team. I am so excited because I just love her designs and her store (the-lilypad) is awesome. You can check out her stuff here

That's about all that's going on around here - just wanted to give everyone a little update for today.

We've got a bug

Well I noticed that Hayden was running a bit of a fever yesterday. Today he woke up with 102 fever so I had to stay home with him. I'm actually glad I did because I have been feeling myself getting worse throughout the day. I can barely hold my head up at this point so I'm headed to bed. I just wanted to share a couple of layouts before I do.

Justin took these pictures of Hayden and I just love them.

and here is a layout I did for the Amazing Race challenge. We were supposed to create something digitally that could be used to decorate our house. I made this layout, framed it and put it in Roland's room on his nightstand. He actually really likes it.

Wow - I can't believe how long it has been since I posted on here. Sorry! Things have been very up and down around here lately and several balls have been dropped if you know what I mean. :)

We had Roland & Lucy's family birthday party this afternoon and it was so fun. They were both in great moods and it was nice and relaxing. Yeah! Here are some pictures I thought you would enjoy

Here are the cakes - Roland had an aircraft carrier cake after a VERY failed attempt at making an airplane cake. LOL!

Lucy had the cutest Mickey Mouse cake.

I love this picture of Lucy blowing out her candles with the drool spilling over the cake. Priceless!

I thought this was a great shot of the two of them having their cake feast at the table together.

and last but not least I have to show you the Star Wars indoctrination of Roland. If you look close you can see the label that Uncle Wes added that reads "The Han Shot First Playset". Oh it is so sad that we have to pass our nerd knowledge on to our kids, but I don't really have a choice in the matter. LOL!

Well there you go - lots of Birthday pictures. We have a few more but they are on the cell phone and I haven't figured out how to get them onto the computer yet. Technology is such a wonderful and awful thing. :)

That's all for today and hopefully things are calming down a bit around here and I'll be able to post more often. So until then....
